A 32 years old woman, gravida 2, para 2, comes to your office complaining of post-coital bleeding. She has regular menses, every 30 days, lasting 3 days, since 13 years old. She's been your patient for the last 15 years, never had any STD, and her last Pap smear was normal, 8 months ago. She's married and has sexual intercourse with her husband, only. She's very concerned because har aunt, who lives in a farm in Wyoming, just died of cervical cancer 2 months ago. What was the most probable cause of the aunts' death? A - Brain metastasis B - Anemia and cachexia C- Renal failure D - Pulmonay insufficiency E - Bowel obstruction
