WELL IT REALY COMES DOWN TO THE FACT THAT WHAT DOES THE Q MEAN? IF IT SAYS EFFECTIVE RECOMENDED MONOTHERAPY THEN ITS Ca OR VITD MAYBE cz estrogen is most efecetive monotherapy but definitely not the recomended one...so YES ESTROGEN MIGHT BE ANSWER CZ IT SAYS EFFECTIVE MONTHERAPY NOT RECOMENDED ONE
