Hey guys ,
Can any body tell how did u guys manged the cns case ,It's too long to follow and finish in 4 min considering the 1 min conclusions.
i'm trying to time it and practice i can't finish in 4-5 min ,can any body help me how to practice,I'm folowing uw.
DID any one got Cns case???

This is how i do it in MAx 5 min. I have cut it short and i dont know if its right or wrong.ALso i havent taken the exam yet. So any suggestions are welcome.
Starting with head.
eyes finger counting , follow my fingers = EOM, OPthalmoscope light reflex direct and consensual,
Ask him to clench his teeth feel for masseter, ask him to close eyes try to open, wrinkle forehead , ask him to smile, stick tongue out and move, and say ahhh.
Take a cotton tip , ask him to close eyes touch the face for sensation , move onto arms and legs. On feet, move big toe around check for position.
While at the legs, check motor ask him to kick step on gas. get up check motor at arms and hands by squeezing your fingers.
check for knee jerk , biceps and babinski.
Do finger-nose, ask him to get up close eyes. then ask him to open eyes and walk around the room.
If the history calls for MMexam, ask him to repeat and remember 3 words also ask who is the president. Obviously he is conscious he just gave u history so need for orientation.
DONE
Please correct or add if anyone finds it incomplete.
