thanks for writing back. It helps a lot to know that there is someone out there going through the same thing.
I was feeling a bit lost today and worried about my situation. And usually when I feel like this I can't really study or look at any questions. But then I later realized that I have to do this and I can't give up. And it also helped to get a reply from you. Thank you.
Starting tomorrow morning I'm going to follow a proper study schedule. I plan to do about 2 (maybe 3 depending on how long it takes) question sets from UW. I'm gonna do it randomized. Then I'll go over the explanations and see what I've done wrong. I think this test is more about strategy and applying what you already know. And thats where I stuggle. So I guess the more questions you do and figure out why some are wrong, would be a good approach. Lets see.
Then for 3-4 hours I'll go over the Kaplan books by subject. Tomorrow I'll be starting with Obgyn.
So 2 to 3 UW tests and 3-4 hours of reading is what i plan to do. I hope this proves to be a good plan. So I'll try to study about 10-11 hours a day. What do you feel? Does this sound okay?
I guess its kinda close to your study plan. We should be fine. And you're right, confidence and believing in yourself makes a lot of difference.
I changed my date to June 7th. So I have a little over 3 weeks. We can't lose hope and we just gotta keep trying!!
I'm from Southern California. Yeah, its getting pretty hot here too!

hi pripi,
nice to hear from u . i say u did a good thing by postponing ur exam . and now we have to utilise every second of it !!!. i say to myself no pain no gain and the days from today till the exam r not mine . it keeps me goin ! , i say we are already doctors and this usmle thing is just so that we can get a licence to practise medicine and its a hurdle that we have to cross no matter what . Now that we got ourselves new dates . lets consider it to be the deadline and come what may give the exam that date !!!. writing these things to you gives me a renewed sense of confidence and by god WE WILL MAKE IT ! AND MAKE IT GOOD !!!. TAKE CARE AND STUDY HARD . BYE.
