guys am just starting my ck prep.pls tell me is it necessary to do a textbook for internal medicine like CMDT other than kaplan notes? or should i just stick to kaplan,FA N usmle world?i plan to put in 3 months of prep.pls advice guys

Though I am not yet done with step2 the general opinion seems to be that Kaplan notes covers most of waht you need to know- but its useful to have text book for refernce in case you want to clarify some concepts that you have forgotten but if you have 3 months I would say its better to spend the time on kaplan notes, do questions and use FA for review before the exam- it helps if you can add the HY yield stuff from UW / kapnotes into your FA so that its all in one place for the final review best of luck
