ampicillin, amoxicillin, quinolones, TM-SM. I'm wondering that different sources recommand different ones!!!

ampicillin, amoxicillin, TM-SM - all are safe in pregnancy... But for UTI TM-SM is better than other two ___________________ Don't live in a town where there are no doctors

Amoxi, Ampi, Cephalexin, Nitrofurantoin. For TMP-SMX C safety for use during pregnancy has not been established; it can produce neonatal kernicterus.

thats the right answer. also, TMP-SMZ used only in 2nd trimester. In 1st trimester, it can cause folate antagonism. in 3rd trimester, kernicterus
