2418 not comfort with ectopic pregnancy
i chose H not good as well, but i think we need do hcg

WEBJEE---->the second q point towards RUPTURED ectopic pregnancy or otherwise a case of acute abdomen----->Missed period + vaginal bleed + abd pain with guarding and rebound + classic sign of ruptured ectopic( low BP and High P.R)----->you DONOT observe this pt in ER under any circumstances,since HCG/culdocentesis or U/S are not in the options, thn u have to pick the most appropraite option here and its---->Operative coz this is what u do if its ruptured appendicitis or ruptured ectopic----->C

I think contrast enema is both diagnostic and therapeutic for intussception, right? So why not D?
