I think the answer is between A and E, personally I choose A.
Live-attenuated influenza vaccine is contraindicated in patients w/ asthma.

another 2 tricky ones just added to UW..
a 27 mother with no medical problems & with a 23 ms old baby without vacc for 12 yrs, what to give..
I chose Vd, but that wasn't it
its supposed to be Vd & infleunza for the mother as all adults from 19-49yrs in contact with a baby from 0-59 ms should GET ANNUAL INFLUENZA UNTILL no further contact or passed age..
What i don't understand, why not to give them influenza vacc from 49 till 65( the recommended age to start influenza in normal indeviduals) if contact is still present???????
the other one was to give all vaccination to the premature infant according to chronological age (got that one right though) & not to gestational age, noe exeptions unless another normal CI is present....
