Nortriptyline is it.
Will work both for the depresive symptoms and the chronic pain.

Nortriptyline is also used occasionally to treat panic disorders, chronic pain, premenstrual depression, and some skin conditions.

This man has advanced age and nortriptyline is used for depression but it causes anticholinergic efects like dry mouth constipation and urinary retention this would not be a good drug for this patient
