I understand that the uterus is larger than expected, but is it common for mole to present w/ vaginal bleeding?

  #3

but the date was not confirmed with US

Fongch--->MC s/s of Hy.Mole IS VAGINAL BLEEDING

Webjee----> this cant be preeclampsia alone---->as it defined as HTN > 20 weeks of pregnancy, this pt is in her 15th week------>if it was < 20 weeks then we call it as chronic HTN---->here the HX and physical s/s( vaginal bleeding + large utreus inconstinent with dates + s/s of preclampsia) besides u cant expect the q to give u all thes clue to GTD,like the u/s finding of absent fetal heart /or parts or vesicular pattern,this q has sufficient clues pointing towards GTD, and NOT just preeclampsia

its definitely classic presentation of hm.preeclampsia is its complication in this case

  #6

I also think that this is Mole (C) which is complicated by preeclampsia caused by the Mole (a known fact)...
