if D! how do you explain irregular contour of left kidney?!

  #2

I go with D also, I thought first about F, but i guess the low K+ goes with renovascular HTN.

I know that in Renal artery stenosis, the affecetd kidney will appear smaller than the intact one.. Correct me if i'm wrong ..

D makes sense.
However, renin-aldosterone system will be activated in renal artery stenosis and will cause 2ary hypokalemia, which is absent in this patient. So I am a little bit insecure.

Secondary renin-aldosterone activation induced hypokalemia is a slight hypokalemia, so 3.4 makes sense. Go for D.
