100 subjects : Genotype number of control AA 30 AB 25 BB 45 What is the frequency of B allele: 25/200,45/200,50/200,90/200,115/200 I picked 45/100+12/100(half of 25)= 115/200, is this correct? Thanks

BB= 2* 45 = 90 then AB takeing B as 25 so 90+ 25 = 115 then divide it by the total number of Alleles that 200. They asked Allele Frequency its the simplest form of the question they cud have asked,

AA 30 AB 25 BB 45 out of 100 subjects therefore, AA 60 AB 50 and BB 90 out of 200 subjects Allele frequency of B = 90 + 25 (i.e half of AB)= 115/200
