what are the important aspects i should concentrate on??...is there any good site to learn about it??like oppurchunistic inf? treatment?drug resistance?and HIV vaccines? :roll: ..i was wondering why u guys where discussing GANCYCLOVIR in mechanism and resistance.. then i remembered it is recent topic of interest...please help me :?
