Does anyone has ever heard f an H4 being refused? I am applying for H1B in 2 weeks and my husband will apply for dependent (H4) next month form UK... We are not applying together because of our work timings and also because he will join me later...
I wanted to know if anyone has heard of H4 being refused? and also that how long does it generally take from visa interview to the time one's passports are back following clearance.

You should check at your local embassy... but what I heard is that the processing time is 4 days, but it can take more depending on the type of clearance that your case will require.
