The Test for osteomy are X ray n if pos it say culture next n if culutre is negative then Needle Biopsy
How do we take culture here??
Is Needly Biopsy the same as Bone Aspiration to Culture the sample for the Specific Organism?

actually culture is from that deep infected tissue n yes its aspiration but not necessarily involving bone...but i read on usmle world they say u have take blood cultures but kaplan does not mention blood cultures...and i think its better to take biopsy than to do blood culture as blood culture can be negative most of the time..
