Today I did 100 questions of qbank got a 65%, it felt really easy but they ask some basic stuff so my question is:
If you prepare really hard with UW, you will answer some hard questions and some other questions, but what about the easy stuff that you need to know, that they dont cover?
and that you might forget , and you are like thats easy and its not in FA
opinions?

I am also supporting you GOGETA. I am having my exams on Aug 23rd.Still I am Sticking with Kaplan only. I am doing my 5th revision.Still I am getting new points.I am going to finish all the HY topics like Q bank,FA.Tommy's HY, Mars Aries etc.. before going to UW (If I have time).I think it is ridiculous if you forget the function of IL 4 but remembering the functions of HOX genes.I am also not in favour of attending online forums.Everything is there in all the above mentioned books.

that is a very valid point by gogeta.i had my exam a few days back and i found out that the paper consists of the basic stuff mainly.and yes,it would be completely idiotic to learn advanced,completely unrelated stuff rather than simple,basic facts.what i would suggest would be to concentrate on kaplan.everything's there.

all my friends who have given the exam(some as recently as last week). told me that there was nothing on thier exam which was not in kaplan... every table every chart .. everything is in those buks...

What about the concepts that qbank trys to teach you?,not the books but the qbank.
Did you find that the qbank was similar to the real exam?

yes the qbank is a lot more similar to the actual exam than UW

Thanks for the input! Are you taking your exam soon GOGETA? I'm going to take my NBME 3 today. If i get 450 I am going for it. Good luck to us and everyone in this forum!
