a 34 year old man is brought to the ED by his family because of a decreased need of sleep and goal oriented activity,increasingly irritable and unstable mood and unusual sexual promiscuity in the last week. Yesterday he quit his job to mov eto washington DC to become the senator in chief. He Says that this position is bieng created for him specially by the president. He believes that he has developed supersensitive hearing and he is able to hear conversations of people hundreds of miles away. No H/O drug use. No family or personal H/O psychiatric illness. On exam he is extremely irritable and threatning to "punch every one out who tries to mess with me". Diagnosis ????
