a 20 month old boy is brought to ED 10 minutes after bieng found unresponsive in his garage. many liquid containers were spiled at his side . His skin is wet, he is drooling and there is clear nasal discharge. Temp is 39.3 and BP is 95/65 and pulse is 62. Resp are 32/min. REsponds only to deep pain and his pupils are pinpoint. what will most likely confirm his diagnosis.

A) adm,inisteration oif glucose

B)Administeration of naloxone

C)measurement of erythrocyte cholinesterase

D)measurement of plasma lactate and pyruvate levels

E)measuemnet of serum electrolytes and osmolality
