A 35 y.o man who lives in a group home says that his roomates are spyingon him by listening to him through the electrical outlets. For this reason, he has changed his roommates a number of times over the last 5 years. He dresses strangely is dirty with unkempt hair and seems preocupied. He reports that he has trouble paying attention to the doctors questions because "I am listening to my leader giving me instructions in my head". Neuropsych evaluation of this patient is most likely to reveal.
A- memory impairment
B- inability to state his name
C- mental retardation
D- frontal lobe dysfxn
E- lack of orientation to place

D- Ppl with schizophrenia would show intact memory, orientation to person, place, time, and normal intelligence. They have frontal lobe dysfunction.
