A ) Hypercoagulable state of pregnancy

Hypercoagulable state of pregnancy, doesnt get reversed immediately after delivery,It takes almost 4 weeks for the incidence of T.E to decrease--->This is a classic case of purpueral thromboplebitis( or phlegmasia alba dolens--milk leg) + Homan sign positive + calf pain+ not ambulating after delivery---->DVT
