If you want to break down the histones of DNA ,what enzymes should you use? 1- Trysin + Chymotrysin 2- Carboxypeptidase A + Carboxypedtidase B 3- Carboxypeptidase B + Trypsin 4- Elastase + chymotrypsin

yes!!!!!!! because: Histone are compoused of Lysine and Arginenes and Trypsin= endopeptidase for Arginine and lysine Carboxopeptidase B(basic)=exopeptidase for these AAs
