My answer is hyaline casts. The rest of the choices are unlikely to be correct.

This boy is sufferring from ARF secondary to dehydration/poor renal perfusion. Hyaline casts are seen in pre-renal ARF.

If renal hypoperfusion is severe, it may progress to ATN. Muddy, brown casts are seen.

I agree the answer is hyaline casts which are normal finding but are increased with volume depletion which is prerenal failure
