Well, we know that SCLC is a central cancer. As well as squamous cell carcinoma (E) Mesethelioma does not count here. (B) is about kidney and ovary. I go with (A), the only peripheral form on the list (A). We have to be guided by anatomical presentation rather than symptoms of SIADH. Any sort of lung disease can result in SIADH.

This is small cell CA lung. The association of this cancer with SIADH supersedes (by a factor of ten!) its tendency to occur centrally. Position is much less relevant. So, I disagree with Justice. The question simply said the mass is in the RLL. Tumours in the RLL can be central as well as peripheral. If it arises close to the larger bronchi, it will appear to be central. If it arises from further down the branches of the respiratory tree, it would appear peripheral.
