D: (can't be detrussor instability because she does not lose urine when increasing abd pressure i.e. coughing or sneezing, she does not have hyperglycemia, neurogenic bladder results in urge incontinence which she does not describe symptoms of and the likelyhood of her having a 20 year UTI is...well...WOW)
