Do we have to list the differential diagnosis in order of importance or order doesnt matter? Do we have to list the diagnostic workup in order of importance?
And its a min of 5 listed in each category??

only five spaces for DD... same for Labs... can't put more than five in each... but you don't have to put five... most of my PNs only had 3-4 in each category...
yes they should be put in order -
DD should be listed from most likely to least likely...
Labs should be listed from simple to complex (i.e. in a case of chest pain you should list ECG before echo)
These are FA suggestions...
