Today while I was taking my NBME test during the first block ,While I was on my first block, suddently there was internet slowing so I clicked pause to pause my test to be able to continue some time later, but then the request couldnt be completed and I recieved an error code navigation-03. It said to restart my test and no data will be lost.
I did exaclty the same and found that I was brought to the same question were I had left ie the last quest and then I completed my first block and submitted it.
I sent an email to them enquiring if anything wrong happened and how my assessment will be affected. they replied that I should delete the coockies and temporary internet files and folders and then MUST RESTART my computer before continuing my test.
I had RESTARTED my computer BUT I DID NOT DELETE THE COOCKIES.
does that have anything to do with the assessment or was it for my internet connection support.
please any computer geek tell me whats going on..I still have a block left to do...Im going crazy already in lot of anxiety.

hi
well iam not an computer expert but i wanted to tell that i faced the same problem...when i emailed them...they said "nothing is wrong with my assesment only internet connection was slow,you should continue with the assesment"...i completed my whole assessment.....i mailed them again and asked if my assesment was affected...and their reply was..."no we checked your assesment its not affected"....may be you should continue too and see what happens...i took another form after that to see if there was a defect due to that error which occured....you can take another form too,just to confirm.
