40-year-old woman, heavy smoker and drinker but was previously healthy, complained to her GP pf leg swelling for 6 weeks. She was noticed by GP to have ankle edema on P/E. Urine albustix +, with recent onset of cough, shortness of breath & weight loss.

what is the most likely diagnosis?
Ix u will do?
complications associated with this condition?
name 1 etiological factor of her renal condition?

Renal plus Upper respiratory symptoms.....

Goodpasture or wegener granulomatosis..... anybody clerity this????????????

i was thinking nephrotic syndrome as the diagnosis
