I am really curious about that... Do you all match directly after grad from med school? Cause so far I know, a lot of Chinese would rather take 5 year PhD, then take the 3 steps + match. 5 years...is it a little bit too long after graduation? (I remember, while match, the board also consider the time since grad) ... anyone has idea about this ? Does PhD really help for match (cardiology/anesthesiology) Thanks all for your advice
