I have my step 1 date set for 6/12 and have started dabbling in studying for it (one more set of finals to go before we get a few weeks off for board prep). I decided to bypass the Kaplan Qbank in favor of the (cheaper) elsevier prep program, USMLE Steps 123.
I am definitely loving it because if the answer hasn't provided enough insight about why whatever choice was correct/incorrect, then I can just click on the 'high yield hit' which will link me to a relevant passage in one or several of their books (ie. Costanzo, Robbins, etc) for a quick refresher.
Anyone else out there have any thoughts on it?
