[Disclaimer: I'm no forum senior] You cannot do anything about your graduation year; forget it. Concentrate on getting another excellent score in CK. Pass CS. Devote a lot of time in preparing your application materials. Research Programs very well before applying. Apply on time. Work on your interview skills. Again, work on your interview skills! [The invitations from Programs will POUR in.] Treat each interview as if it is the only one you have. And be very respectful (nice?) to the Program Cordinators. You will be OK. Good luck.

again, I cannot tell a lie. Different programs have different definitions of what an "old senior" is. Some say >2 years out, some say >5 years out, but most don't care (at least not officially). Do as well as you can and remember all these "rules" are soft. PDs can break them if they really like you. So score well, mild your contacts for all they are worth, and relax. With a score like that you will definitely go somewhere.
