What is better to use Crush or FA for step 3? FA has the CCP cases in the back.
Any imput would be great.

WOW big help in this forum. Must be a bunch of clueless folks awaiting to take step 3 browsing in here. Not much of a support forum if I can't even get 1 response asking about which of the 2 biggest books everyone uses for step 3 is better.

I have the same dilema you have...
I´m finishing kaplan S2 ck lecture notes, plan to watch kaplan S3 videos, read CCS part form FA and play with software then do Qbook and based on feedback from that go with FA or Crush...

there are diffrent reviews for both.
I have not done either yet,but FA has CCS cases in the end.
so maybe FA is better
will tell u more once I am done with them.

i READ THE CRUSH once fully though iam not sure it helped or not. But the CCS cases in FA really helped. I could not get time to go thru the notes of FA. I did UW MCQ's & ccs.

thank you very much to all those who have replied. So far, I will be going with FA. I looked at Crush step 3 and it looks identical to Crush step 2.
plus Crush has the CCS cases in the back which seem good.

so far what I plan on doing is FA step 3, USMLE world for MCQs and CCS cases and possibly usmle123 for even more cases.

I am using FA step 3 and 2 ck and all the notes I made during ck prep from UW CK to recall some important points..I will start UW in two weeks..I hope this will help...

I tried both crush and FA and i would say definitely FA.

I read CRUSH , i dont think it is that good , havent tried FA yet .kingsofke i will give FA a try though
