but i messed up when i typed it
just wish me good luck guys
i had now a tough conversation wz a friend of mine
want me to give up preparation now as im gonna ruin my 5th yr
n wont learn IM well 
i told him that step1 is very helpful in IM studyin n this may be able to make it in 8 months rather than 10 or 12 like usual....
but deep inside he made me feel worried
i really don't care abt the grade ...i just do care abt learnin IM well ..i like it

hey guys how r u all ? can i find book for internal medicine & pediadtics to study for the 5th year and the usmle hit 2 birds by one rock ?
i appreciate your effortd her and thank u all when u get residenses in america in shaa allah u can make association to help the egyptian doctors to help the new students studying usmle
