I cant believe that i finished that USMLE step2-CK

Hi everybody, I know the question is repeated but I don't understand the answers:
HOW to write my NAME on the application.
For examle: Ahmed Saiid Mohamed Abdel Rahman El Nasharti
1-
First name: Ahmed
Rest of name: Saiid Mohamed Abdel Rahman El Nasharti
2-
First name:Ahmed
Middle name: Saiid Mohamed Abdel Rahman
Rest of name: El Nasharti
I did one because, all are family names, and the other names are not given names so they cann't be middle name.
PLZ somebody from those who have already passed exam would say how they wrote there name.

both are right but those are not the formats used! they usually ask for the last name which you havent mentioned! but yea ahmed is your first, el nasharty is last and everything else in the middle.... if you wanna write it somewhere without specifying which is where so it is: El Nasharty, Ahmed Said Mohamed... etc
format # 1 is usually: last name, and rest of name..
format # 2 is also : first name, last name, rest of name..
is that what you meant?

whats that? i dont get it... your family name is only one which is the last, everything else is in the middle... your name has to be exactly as it is in the passport!

and it better 2 b the names with the same spelling in the passpaort
if the name in the passport different from that in u faculty u hav to issue acertificate that the 2 names belong 2 one person

Thank u guys...
I can undersatnd what u mean by reassuring me..and i really apprecite this.
this may be true with some others,but It`s a little different in my case..I went to the test with only 1/2 hour of sleep,and ofcourse u can guess how my conecntration was...and I missed some questions cuz I ran out of time...
anyway as I told u..I may be depressed but at the same time I`m happy that I finally did it

Could u tell us about ur experience, when did u started ur test ?? how was ur breaks ??? did u got the Audio and Video qs ?? how many ?? how difficult ?? what was the most stressed topic ?? how many ECGs ?? how many Biostatistics ?? how many step1 related qs ?? how many brain CTs ???
All of these are the stuff that everyone waiting for since u come back and nothing from u .. plz take sometime and share with us, May ALLAH Bless u ... we were all praying for u and still ... I wish u all the best ISA

As we said, no one goes out satisfied of the exam as it is too long and exhausted that makes you feel you dont know what you've done!! I used to feel the same and I also missed questions cause I have run out of time!! So do not worry gosh cause worry gives a small thing a big shadow!!
As you know my dearest USMLER! We have to use you!! so what was the closest bank to the exam? UW, NRMP... etc ?? And if you gave step 1, which you felt is easier??

There are 2 things:
(A) This is what is said on ECFMG:
If your correct and current legal surname consists of more than one name , enter each of the names in the Last Name field.
Enter your full and complete first name in the Rest of Name field. Do not enter an initial only for your first name unless it constitutes your full, correct and legal first name.
If your correct and current legal name includes a middle name or middle initial, enter the middle name/initial in the Rest of Name field.
Be careful that you enter your name in the appropriate fields. Your surname(s) and family name(s) must be entered in the “Last Name” field. Your first and middle names/initials (given names) must be entered in the “Rest of Name” field.
Then it asks for 2 fields:
Last name:
Rest of name:
I though that: The name of the father and the rest of the name (Mohamed Saiid Abdel Rahman) are not given names, they are family names. As indicated by the text in bold all family names should be in LAST NAME field. The first name is the only given name so it should be the only one on REST OF NAME field.
(B)
Use proper case when entering your name. This means you must capitalize the first letter only of each of your names and use lower case for the remainder of the letters. Do not use all capitalization or all lower case.
Spaces between names If your correct and current legal name includes spaces between any of the surnames (family names) you enter in the “Last Name” field or any of the given names you enter in the “Rest of Name” field, you must ensure that you properly indicate the location of the spaces.
All the letters in the passport are capitalized and there are spaces within one names (e.g Abdel Rahman & El Nasharti) they would be considered more than one name so SHOULD I change the name on the passport to be (Abdelrahman & Elnasharti) ? i.e remove the spaces within the names. OR should I but a dash (Abdel-rahman & El-nasharti) and if I put a dash should I capitalize R & N of (rahman & nasharti) so it would be (Abdel-Rahman & El-Nasharti)
It would be very appreciated if one of those with similar name problems who already passed a step tell me how they wrote their names.
I wrote it like this:
Last names: Mohamed Saiid Abdel Rahman El Nasharti (Family names)
Rest of name: Ahmed (First name)
I know it's overthinking but I couldn't help it, I am changing my passport so I want to know how ppl who already passed wrote their names and if I should post form 182 to change my name.
Usually we write El Nasharti as the last name and the rest as the rest of name but due to the fact we don't have middle names (in Egypt) and We have only (first and Family names) and the last name cocept is different (lakab al3a2elah) so I think it would be very useful to hear from those with life experiences especially those who already have resedencies what is the best way to write the name regarding Egyptian names?

This is not correct, you misunderstood.. its as simple as the following:
Last name: El Nasharty
Rest of name: Ahmed mohamed said... etc
This is what they said, which is opposite to what you've thought:
