i feel some sort of persecution on this forum

all the time the big guys r talking to eachother evn abt weird things like the avater(sorry nany it is really cool...sorry faddy urs is also cool but r u compansating by this muscular guy 4 something in reality...lol).

mezo has told me that i should take toefl to have access to the electives
so i think it is better to prepare 4 it now be4 getting more busy.

Anyway, I have started step 1 right after 3rd year in school assuming it was about basic sciences now you know it also tests clinical disciplines... I was preparing for about 7-8 months from august 2006 to 27 march 2007! focusing on step 1 all the time long and taking the risk of failing 4th year but I studied for the last month and passed cause 4th year in ain-shams is not so big, I dont know if you'd do the same with IM and Peds in 5th yr... what is the 5th year curriculum in Azhar?
As regards the Toefl, all I know about it is that I have bought the books and tapes 30 years ago and havent done anything with them! dont take it unless you apply to a hospital that requires it, some do some dont..
As regards persecution, so its a tribute the great must always pay for preeminence!

yea but her wish didnt come true so far
there was no evidence of myasthenia with EMG, and we're supposed to get the results of anti-ach test this week which is more specific, from Berlin
