R u preparing for step1 too ???
430 should = 199 which is somewhere between 80 & 82 ... not good, u gotta improve urself alot, u'll pass, but u wanna get a high score, what r u weak areas ?? and how do u plan to work on them?? u still have plenty of time and u can do it ISA ....
If u r preparing step1 and u r interested in discussing NBME qs just let me know, we can do it together.

Look, 1st thing is to resolve all the qs u got wrong on UW, if ur subscription is expired then resubscribe again and do it all ove again ....
2nd, try to do those NBMEs forms offline, save just another one for later assessment
CK, is more about learning the key clues for diagnosing the cases and then learn what are the appropriate steps of Management, differentiate between what is the most appropriate initial step and diagnostic step ??? this is crucial in making ur choices ...
Also, the 1st line ttt, the curative ttt and the prophylactic ttt
1 more thing, USMLE people now recognized that we learn the key words and depends on them to choose the answers, so they r changing that as for example ...
If u have a case of Seborrhoic keratosis => u know that its lesion has the Stuck-on appearnce , they don't give u this give away word anymore instead they describe lesions that can be easily pealed off i.e. described what stuck-on actually means, they r doing this in both steps actually, that's y i'm telling u to resolve UW again, to learn these ....

My grandmother comes to your office , complaining of diplopia and ptosis. Neuro examination is unremarkable. Radio workups (brain CTs and MRIs) didn't reveal any serious lesion in the brain except some senile changes. You suspect Myasthenia and prescribed Mestonin (pyridostigmine) with no improvement!! So whats the most probable diagnosis and where do they do the tests of myasthenia that I mentioned above?

2nd regarding the places i think they will be available in the respected private hospitals , or may be in EL KASR EL FARANSAWY , good place by the way . dont know if they are available in private centres or not.

yeah ask in all good hospitals near to you 1st , el kasr el faransawy loctated in kasr al aini st. all doctors in it are the staff in our univ.
if you find it far from you call the doctor again and ask him where you should do the tests
