they will tell you to check their website and send your application if you meet their requirements here's a great link from where u can look for hospitals that offer electives for IMS, search by the criteria "that accept international medical students":

The Rounds in 4th,5th & 6th are called clerckships and Emtiyaz is Called Internship ... I had a full list of the clerckships i did, the dates and the supervising Drs. i used to write the head of the department by then ... hope that helped ...
BTY, Don't get examined without solving UW ... the best source for Step2ck ..

Schedule fast, i've just checked out the available seats in prometric website, none is available in June nor July, although 2 r available in May, may be if anyone cancelled his/her appointment, but u've then to check it frequently ... just haurry up ...

OMG , thanks Mezo....., I have nothing to do as I just discovered yesterday that I entered my name wrong to the ECFMG site and so I still need to change it before I pay and complete the application 
I have nothing to do but to pray that some one in july will cancel his appointment......

I did the same mistake you have to send them " form 182 " I guess to change your name, check out the publications list in ECFMG website.. If someone is called Amr Ahmad Ismail, so the order that he has to write it down in is: Ismail Amr Ahmad.
And of course you dont want to rely on someone else cancelation, you should pick up a date once you register. make it " 7adi badi koromb zabady " so that you get the best date

Faddy Please tell me......,here in egypt we get every thing in 4 names [ esm roba3y ] , the passport and the credentials are in 4 names, so should I put the 4th name in the last name and the father and grandfather's names in the middle names? or should I put my father in the middle and my grandfather in the last and neglect the 4th name?????

NO!! your full name has to be EXACTLY as it is in your passport and diploma..

This is the correct one this is a good point because I was confused with the same thing! for example if you're called Nancy Amr Ahmed Ismail. So you should write it as:
Ismail Nancy Amr Ahmed.
first name: Nancy
middle name: Amr Ahmed
last name: Ismail

Until they receive your new application with the request form of name change.. I remember it took me sometime as I was doing this by mail, even though it was FedExpress but it has some paperwork.. and they have to verify all your informations again with school!

What r u doing ?? y u did that ??? as long as u didn't pay then ur application will be discarded after 14 days i think ... U should instead have satarted a new application with the correct name
and i agree with Faddy regarding ur name ....
ur last name should be ur 4th name
middle name should be ur father's & grandfather's
and 1st name u know ...
I think they won't change it until u pay, and probably they will advice u with that, So, i think that u should call them directly inquiring, state that u didn't pay yet and that u faxed ur correct name and ask if it is advisable to just start a new application or not .... If u use Skype, with 10$ through ur credit card u can make phone calls to the States for about 6-7 hrs .... Cheapest way to call USA ..
2nd thing, since u wanna a date in July, put it in the 1st of ur eligibility period .. so took July-Septmeber period ... We the egyptians usually keep postponing the date till the end of our eligibility periods .. I do that and all my friends also did that, i even when i discovered there were no available dates, i was goining to postpone my date but i didn't find any . ... so, just case, put it as ur 1st month ...

Brother Mezo this is unfortunately not true  tell you why:
like a year before I submit my application, I registered my name and some of my informations in OASIS just for fun (and i had no idea of that order in which I should write down my name).. then when I did a new application next year, I've found out that I'm stuck with the same USMLE ID that they issued before and told me my name was incorrect! And I had to send them that form of name change..

totally agree I was putting off the date of the exam 3 times I even changed my eligibility period to the next 3 months and had to pay extra 50 bucks!
