I was reviewing bio and there was a Mnemonic that says ..
Tender, Love & Care For Nancy ... I made it Nany
Stands for => Thiamine, Lipoic acid, CoA, FAD & NAD
They are Co-Factors for the following enzymes =>
- Transketolase
- Pyruvate Dehydrogenase (PDH)
- a-Ketoglutarate dehydrogenase
- Branched chain ketoacid dehydrogenase

I believe him though Nany, in areas like these your private work can get you much, i don't beleive that this is his salary ... should be from private and even if it is salary, we should get that in nearer areas, and if we went to siwa should get paid at least 3-4 times this figure ... still a problem ...

New rules are made every now and then, they get votes and then apply, check out the links that pray posted above Faddy .... and if wanna me post you the answer that new_n_Lost send me, i'll ..
The rules that i learned till now are :
Don't use All Caps neither All Bold letters
DOn't use other language other than English
Don't type in short characters like in chat like don't type u instead of you .... etc.
There is a new rule on poll now that insist that you use proper grammer, could you imagine???
these rules actually annoys me so much, but they can suspend your account and I can't do that, i'll miss you all guys

Faddy Acids and Idlehands stop this childishness and start acting like grown ups please. You guys are acting worse than 4th Graders. If you wish to continue this then take it through private pms. I have left the original comments as i see no harm done. Both posts have a hint of sarcasm which both parties can handle.

hey friends, I just knew that there is new kaplan DVDs-2008 only on kaplan computers and they're much much better than the old ones....do you have them in cairo?

I guess they have the 2007 series, maybe you're told about the course that is taken in the centre they usually have the latest version. It costs 7000 LE, I think it's not worth it.

yes Faddy, isn't these DVDs are the same as in kaplan center or what?..they said that in the center they have now the 2008 eddition ..., that's what I was talking about
and that it's much different than the old one...do you know any thing about this?

no they don't have the 2008 edition in the bookstore, because they've just recently got the DVDs of 2007. I'm not sure of the new lecture videos, but in both cases I don't think it is worth taking this course.
I hate not using Arabic

U can check Nany Kaplanmedical.com under step2ck, look for the new editions, they usually mention if there is any changes to the books or the videos, like in step1 2007, they said that they changed Bio and updated Pharma ... update u caan get from qs, but changed then u have to have it and the videos of 2007 they said they shoot new videos in DVD quality and put the names of the new Drs., u can compare with the old list u have and they even put samples ... Anyway, I step2ck .... Medicine, OB/GYN & Psychiatry are the ones that u have to watch ... Peds & Surgery are not good Drs. and not that important, u've few qs from surgery on exam. and Peds, are the same topics mentioned in Meds. i used to strike out the topics that are mentioned in Medicine& study from Medicine books for both and add the topics from Peds. that r not in Mediccine books ...
Even if this is true and they changed them, they won't beavailable b4 mid of this yr, they have to be copied from the centers 1st then start to be distributed ... which will take time, just try to have the latest editions available, which i believe is 2005 in step2ck, but i didn't follow after that ..

Hey guys, actually the 2008 kaplan step 2 ck videos wont be in the kaplan centers till the summer i already asked 1-2 weeks ago. The step 1 2007 vids not all of em are in the bookshops only anatomy and behavioral science tho i know of a guy who is selling them all and they are all dvd quality if anyones interested tell me, though i think there like 25 dvds or so might cost a good amount of money.. dunno how much the price is i can check if anyone is interested. Just post here or msg me in private see ya!
