Aren't you a little underage for that? hehe grin

I don't think it's something to boast... I'm not judging, that's just my personal opinion.

From a lot of aspects chronic alcoholism is not normal, in fact medically it's a disease. I'm sure you are well aware of the CAGE questionnaire...

Sadeeky, rafeeky, 7ameemy... cheers wink

No, duh... you're a doctor you're supposed to know the CAGE questionnaire... I just assumed you did, silly me. And by special service I suppose you mean social services?!

I don't know when your test is, but I think it's better to proceed as normal and study as much, as long and whenever you can these days. Make sure you finish your hardcore studying, solving questions etc. a week or so before the exam.

That final week start taking it easy. You've already done all the hard work, it's just a matter of time till all the bits and pieces of info settle down and become saturated. I recommend first 5 days, just READ passively all the notes you've made, your highlights etc. I guess by then your sleeping patterns would have adjusted to normal.

Try to change scenery, go out take your notes to cafes or restaurants and go through them.
If I were in Alex, I'd take a dip in the ocean every now and then... grin

From my personal experience, I aced the tests that I never stressed about, I used to play football (my way of relaxing grin) the day before the test, went home took a shower, a warm cup of milk and slept like a baby till the test morning grin But that's me, it could vary from one person to another.

But I guess, people unanimously agree not to read a thing the night before the test, especially in an intuitive test, where you need all your analyzing power more than memory.

A good thing to do in Ramadan, that night, is go pray salat el tarawee7, and spend the night reading Quran, or listening to Sheikh Mashary while reading with him. I guess sheikh Mashary's voice is so soothing.

Best of luck

Wow, Ramy. Very nice post.nod

Salamo 3aleikom everyone...

Waz uuuuuuuuuup, Senior Faddy.. grin

Anyone heard of the 5th pathway in New York Medical College?

In a nutshell... it's a year of supervised training... a substitute to Emtiaz ya3ny men el akher.

You should check it out ya Faddy, Ledo and those who are still students...

The trick is, though, you gotta have either a U.S. citizenship or a Permanent Alien Residency (Green Card)

I came across this, so I thought I should share...

This applies to those required to do one year of internship before receiving diploma, which is not the case in Ain Shams. Besides I've heard some residency programs dont accept that track as they dont receive their medical degree from their home school. dy 7aga shaza lwa7deha kedagrin
