Also they need step 1: http://musom.marshall.edu/students/visitors.asp take a look at my post page 87, do a search on FREIDA and contact all PDs, it will be a lot easier for you..

Its the accrediting authority for medical education programs in US and Canadian schools. All international medical schools are non-LCME accredited.

Also when I e-mailed Harvard, their tuition fees were like $3000 per month (no way in hell I'd pay $3000 for one month) however they had this waiver program, and the adviser told me "If you feel that you need help in the $3000 tuition you should contact one of the International schools that may be able to assist you with the fee." Are there international schools that provide international student funding? @ Faddy About the step 1 they told me you can apply without it, just don't fill it in the application, although I might be required to get a letter from the dean mentioning the reason of not being able to take step 1 or that I am in the process of preparing to take step 1.

As an index of residency programs, choose a specialty and location then email all program directors asking them if they have openings for doing clinical rotations. You'll also see whether the hospital is university-based, affiliated or a community one. They are all good for electives because all programs in FREIDA are ACGME accredited.

Hey guys look what they sent me: "Examples that we consider strong ties are demonstrated by the following: 1) a non-LCME student is from the State of WV but attends an off-shore school 2) has family in the State of WV 3) has friends within the state" Anyone knows anyone from the state of WV I could be friends with? (sarcasm) Should I search Facebook walla eh? And how the hell can I prove this? Are they fu@$ing kidding me?
