52 years old male was brought to the ER with giddiness. He notes that he has more of it while standing .patient tells that he has no hypertension, no asthma, and never traveled out of country. He has longstanding diabetes which he admits that is not under control mainly because of his lack of compliance.he further adds that he is unable to enjoy his favourite meals ,as he feels satisfied after a small amount of food intake. He feels bloated and develops pain abdomen at times. He admits to smoking and consumption of alcohol on weekends. What is the most likely investigation that leads to diagnosis?
