pt with perforated ulcer was given 500ml Ringer solution,antibiotics.after anesthesia he develops hypotension,cause?

Choosing between A & B... 500 ml would not be enough to correct blood loss due to perforation and laparatomic surgery...
perforation === > peritonitis === hypovolemic shock with blood sequestration
I choose 1) plasma volume deficiency
