a 7 child after trauma, abdominal distension and tenderness and left elevated diaphragm.

answer diaphragmatic hernia.

Can we have diaphragmatic hernia and DITENDED abdomen?!!

Strangulation of bowel in diaphragm may cause distension with air and fluids...
