I think UW by a landslide. Took NBME 4 April 6th, scored 420. Took NBME 3 2 weeks later, my score jumped 50 points to a 470. Of course i attribute the improvement to a number of factors, but UW questions teach you how to think in multiple dimensions.
On the other hand, the Kaplan review course is amazing. Ironically i was introduced to UW by a Kaplan rep.

I got a
330= 172 on NBME 4, One month later I got a
370=184 on NBME 3
Im planing to take NBME 2 in May 13 An hoping to get at least a 450 on that one.
If I get a 410 I will be sad, because is a failing grade for NBME 2.

Usmleworld seems to have rather short questions, yet I finish each block just in time. My overall score is 69% (35% complete), but I´m worried about the time-factor of the real exam. So, how many minutes extra should you have after each block to finish the real thing in time??
I did not do kaplan, but would sure like to know if there´s any score correlation between them.

in my last attempt i had taken the kaplan q bank.... it dint help much.
this time i have opted for the UW. i hope it helps. but like some one said... in the UW, questions are repeated...

just tttoooooooooooooooooooooooo many questions repeated.
i just solved the 11th block.. n out of 50 48 questions were repeated.

UW repeats the same concept many time, but 48/50 repeated questions is much more than I´ve experienced.

sorry.... i was wrong.... i was using it in the "all" q mode instead of the " unused " mode...
the concepts r repeated... but not the questions...
n i surely think tht the UW is better than the kaplan
