Hi everybody,....
i just wanted to ask as to what options does a person have after completing the residency on J1 in case he doesn't get a waiver or a fellowship after residency.......??????
is it possible to get an employment in US after fulfilling the two year home condition??

In both cases you will have to search for and find an employer that will sponsor your permanent residency petition. It's not impossible.

Depends on your, your skills - too many things to answer with just a yes or no answer....
