finished pulmonology early n did neuro too . thenn did two tests n got 54 n 58. feeling very low. did one test on hepatology n felt like............ ALICE IN WONDERLAND.
i think i need something real good on that. teh questions r soo long. n time is often too short. i dont know wt should i read fr liver. n teh second test i did mix n in that again i had teh feeling of just quitting. i feel so depressed when i cant do a question that i simply feel like i should stop the test immediately.
now i will do emergency medicine n will read explanations of these two tests only.if i keep on going with medicine like this i hope i can finish it tomrow inshallah.

dint too much yday.
just finished respiration and did the questions but scored only 56 . mean si should read this again or may be do the questions with explanations again.this thing is nt working fr me.
now im thinking to chnage my scadual. reading the text over n over again is nt helping me. from tomorrow i will do 4 blocks straight n will then do the explanations in afternoon. n at night i can read one system from kaplan n FA. in this way i will be able to fix my weak point of nt being able to concentrate on questions. i need some real good practise.
see if i can do it. i qalso haev to do psychiatry from high yield. n only 25 days to go. will update tomorrow.

hello
its a new day . looks like today i will be able to do something good abt my studies. yday did only questions n explanations. got 64, 65 n 65. looks kind of a borderline score but it was all timed n unused. then read explanations. n had a very loong day.
plan fr today.
get 4 blocks done from
respiration
hepatology
endocrinology
emergency medicine.
then read explanations in the afternoon n try to read the same points from FA too.
read weak areas at night.
big plans . hope i will be able to do it.

best of luck onhunt. u wil do just fine.
yday i did 4 blocks UW. 63, 65, 67 n 54. i did two of them multiple , one from neuro n one from musculoskeletal.
it was no fun. reading explanations of all 4 but im glad did finish my target.
today i plan to finish my leftover medicine.
i.e. endo, derma, eye ,ent, redio,n hematology,oncology. i hope i can do it till night. may be a block of questions at the end.

very bad
ive no good thin gto write here coz some how i was unabl eto do anything. just revised neuro n rheumatology n did only one block . in psychiatry n guess wt? i got a beautiful 80 in that. i felt sooo relieved. today i will try to finish questions on psychy n then will move on to medicine again. its just nt finishing. i still have to finish gyne , surgery n paeds all before 20 may. but how? i dont know. doing qs takes most of teh time n then its nt possible to read from the book. feel stuck.........

i am done with endo and its questions today i am doing paeds first 15 and last 3 chapters of paeds + rheuma(im) and 2 blocks ? one frm paeds one frm rheuma .best of luck to everybody

wt a beautiful day outside. seems that i can get started again today. lost three days in personal tensions. have been so tense that almost forgot abt the exam. today i started with taking tests again. 65 in mixed n 73 in paeds only. feel somewt better , its gud to get a good score once in a while it charges u again . today i think i should start endo again. i hope to finish it soon n then go on with teh questions from endo. ive nt touched them coz then the qs get old n u cant get a correct idea of how well u prepare. hope to do this today n then read teh explanations of three tests at night. ive no time to waste at all. only 20 days to go. or i will have to postpon teh exam. im really scared.

another useless day. i just dont knwo wt happened . lost concentration. n now i dont knwo where to start. yat managed to do some questions. did three blocks/ got 78,78 n 69. nt feeling very bad abt them but some times i just start feeling i cant do it. i will take nbme 3 on 31 may. im nt confident enough to go fr the exam. some how im scared.
ive to complete 42 percent of remaining qs in a week n then start again. i also have to do kaplan questions. i did some on gyne, paeds pysch n surgery n some on medicine. but i dint complet ethem so iw ill try to finish them afte rthsi n then i will compile everything to be fully prepared fr nbme n then the real exam.

goodmorning to everyone
days passes so quickly...... i wish time cud just go slow till my exam. did endo at last. it was no fun doing it in soo many days. now doing hematology n then derma. im nt good at these two so i think fr today i will do hese two only. n then at last i will be donen with medicine. its so strange. i finished my first read of medicine in 8 days n now this one took atleast 16 days. i dont know wt i ve been doing. tomorro wi will start paeds. i plan to do that in three days as usual. paeds is my strong subject coz my practise is in paeds. still need a lot of time fr those growth charts. each time i read them i feeel im just perfect n i always do the question wrong. so by my estimate i sshould be able to finish thsi revision along with UW by 24.please god be with me n help me. i cant do it alone........
n then i will like to revise uw. im sure i can do it in 4 days coz im a quick reader once i start reading. n after that i plan to read FA TILL 31 . n give nbme.
so fr today ive to do hematology n derma n questions from both of them with explanations. hope its a loong day fr me. i will finish one chapter n will enter again so that i keep on tract otherwise iw ill just waste anothe rday.

finihsed derma. better given in FA then kaplan . half hematology done n half to go. even that is better in fa. done from both.n then i will start questions....... will write again.

welcome again sailing boat..
u came after a loong time. happy studying to u. keep going.
yday i did questions of derma only... because unfortunately i had to read explanations from endo block. n it proved so bad. im poor at that. i think i will have to read adrenal n parathyroid n SIADH again. ive read them recently but still did many mistakes. may eb my understanding is nt good. will do again thoroughly.
todays target.
finish hematology questions with explanations.dont knwo how they go. these lab findings drive me crazy. every time i miss some thing in reading.
38 percent q bank left. will start paeds at night.hope to do a few chapters. i intend to finish it in two days n then one day to wind up n questions. meanwhile i will be doing med. qs coz its easy to forget medicine so i think while i read paeds, surgery n gyne i should be in touch with med by qs n FA.

i am starting today as a new day 2 days days passed as being depressed, so TODAY IA NEW DAY FOR ME I HV TO COVER MY PENDING CHAPTER , TODAY I HV TO REVISE JUST GASTRO (HEPATOLOGY DONE)ENDO PULM AND HAEMATOLOGY.........IF POSSIBLE I WILL JUST READ THERE QUESTIONS AND EXPLAINATIONS . I JUST PRAY TO GOD TO GIVE ME ENOUGH WISDOM SO THAT I CAN GO THROUGH THIS.

well
goodmorning to everyone.
this is the face one can send when nothing ood is available fr writing. actually on weekends stay home wives have to do lot sof other stuff in addition to studies so one can only think abt studies. dint yet started paeds. the basic reason is that i cud nt get over medicine. did 4 blocks yday. got 93,80,78,78. (93 was only coz a lot of questions were repeated) many time i do mix n all questions just to revise stuff coz im short of tiem n i may nt get enuf time to revise everything. in end i will just go thru wrong answers.
another bad thing si that in first block i score gud . can think clearly . as i do more the score gradually decreases. a decremental response of brain may be. well only 29 percent is left. overal 64 percent . will do more today. n i think will start paeds inshallah.

nt a very gud day agian.
read only 30 pages from paeds n felt saturated. bored. did qs n scored 52 only that was some mix miscellaneous stuff. then did paeds qs n got 71. only 15 days left n im so bad at qs. don know wt to do. may be at night will do another block but already feel tired.

well dont know wts wrong. feel frustrated. i think i will postpon my exam another couple of weeks to finish q bank n revise medicine . actually uw makes me feel like i know nthing. even with gud scores sometime i know its only guess. yday did three tests. 67, 71 n 60.
now ive only 23 percent left. i made a mistakk eto subscribe it only fr a month. it will end now on 2. may be i can finish n revise both till then or will think abt extending it. but i can finish it in three days. no more books. just q bank n explanations. by now i planned to finish everything but just could not.
only did medicine thoroughly n now doing paeds with qs. then gyne n surgery n then medicine again. yet dint touch biostats even once coz thas wt i hate to do. i will do it in teh end coz.................................... ive a better short term memory so i will do it n will try to forget as soon as teh exam is over.

a much better day to study.
did two blocks with explanations in teh morning. feeling better now. got 67 n 69 . its nt bad i think.(afterall its my first time) n its so hard. the questions make me feel LOST. 18 percent left. i think two more days will eb enough n then i will revise the whole stuff which should be easier. i stopped making notes as it takes a lot of time. i think on teh last day i will write all teh educational objestives from it.
todays target do atleast 200 questions with explanations. n thas it. may be read afew chapters from paeds buk but seems unlikely.

thas a great day. already did two more blocks. 86 n 67. one was mixed n the second was of surgery. that was hard. or may be i should read surgery one more time . now i will read explanations n then at night will do another block.
left with 360 questions. mostly biostats.gyne,electrolytes n surgery. i did it with gud speed. started it on 3rd may. n will hopefull finish by 25 may. n will revise in five days. i dont know if i should get q bank online or nt.

so today is another beautiful day. its raining n the weather is nice.im writing this............... coz i dint do anther blok as i m entioned yday.......... was tired enuf.so today i will finish surgery questions n will do vignettes portion of kaplan only. 86 q s left from surgery. if finished early will try to begin gyne atleast.

back again.
yday hardly finished surgery questions n coulld nt read kaplan.actually ive only oen week left fr uw. i dont wanna renew it. i think i will just try to complete it. surgery portion is very hard.........
or may be im poor in surgery too. got 53,67,n then i tried to do ALL qs n got 93. felt relieved that atleast i learned something from them. worst thing was DPL. i did many mistakes in that. i dont know why it always seemed usselss to me.(lack of knowledge)
then tried gyne... got 76. n felt happy.
so today i will finish gyne qs n i started that from FA too. i will make notes. n then i will haev only 160 medicine qs. i left biostats n soem from neurology n misscelaneous n then im done with it. its sounds great. n it was the most hard part i ever studied. teh qs r so tricky.. i often think some real genius mind made them.

vow, your spirit to keep going is impressive, doc08. I did two readings of IM from kaplan and one reading of other subjects and am only scoring 57% on qbank. I wish I knew how to improve. any suggestions?

doc alr. it doesnt really matters wt u score in this. its all about learning. try nt to focuss on score. try reading explanations n concentrate.try it subjectwise. wt i do is that i try with one subject. read that unit from kaplan in the morning . then i do one timed block qs. then i read all explanations thorughly. check that from FA which i always keep open. then after that i do second block. n u know score in second block is always gud coz uve just learnt from teh previos one. try that. it should work.
