A 5 YEAR old child has choreoathetoid movements,upward -gaze palsy,and tooth-enamel dysplasia.brain stem evoked potentials demonstrate high -frequency sensorineural hearing loss.which of the following is the most likely cause of thease findings?
1) birth asphyxia
2)mercury toxicity
3) tetracycline exposure in pregnancy
4) bilirubib encephalopathy
