Where is the good place to find IMG friendly, H1 neuro that 28 prg ?

Think neuro now aday can apply through ERAS, Frida, or only some neuro, or not .

Through ERAS and some prefer Centeral Residency Application. You should ask programs again.

only 28 program sponsor H-1?
I am old grad, 2002, 2 year neuro resident in home country. US ph.D in neuroscience, havn't get degree yet, but should be no problem. publication 15, all neuro-related topic. only have step1 99, will take cs in July..
Already got my 140 approved, can't file 485 due to the retrogression. Do you guys suggest me to match this year or wait untill my GC get final approval ( no idea how long it will take)

Your big concern should be to enter not type of visa. J1 is also fine. Who knows what happens after 7 years. besdises, there is alot of need to neurologist in country.

The sad story is, I come from the country won't give us the letter of need. I can not get J-1 visa. With H-1 visa as the only choice now, chance are not high at all.
BTW, is there any prelim prgram sponsor H-1 visa for just one year? So desperate...

the programs that sponsor H and are advanced usually offer you prelim on H visa like Drexel and some of them have prelim in their programs and offer H visa as well like MUSC.
