A gunshot wound to the upper arm causing shock-wave damage to the median nerve may leave the patient with which one of the following
1) easily provoked pain in the hand
2) weakness on wrist extension
3) atrophy in the first dorsal interosseous muscle
4) numbness over the fifth digit
5) radial deviation of the hand

I have no clue, but went and checked and the most likely seems 1.
2) no relation to extension
3) ulnar nerve
4) ulnar nerve
5) again ulnar nerve

Now . that 's what I call " Horrible Nightmare from Step 1 that Thank God we don ' t need to know anymore but to answer your question sweetybokhari , a friend of mine who 's studyting for Step 1 seeting next to right now just told me that

the answer is 3

But interossei (both palmar/dorsal) are innervated by ulnar nerve. So only 1 makes sense.

I would consider easily provoked pain, being sth like neuralgia
