have u filed your H1 before the expiration date of your I-94?
if so...then there should be no problem, if not... what was the reason of your request for extension of your B2...is it for (waiting the H1) or something else??? even in the last case, i know people who got it...so u will be fine..just relax, and wait..

It is OK, don't worry, but you may get your extension earlier than your H1 visa, though.
