Well, the question is not phrased properly. What do you want to know - good or bad prognosis? Because: 4 and 5 give good 1 gives worse

With option 1. are we thinking about Schizoaffective disorder? Since schizoaffective disorder has a better prognosis than Schizophrenia.........
